As a current university dance major, I came to Lagree with the purpose of strengthening my core. I’ve always had a difficult time with utilizing my core and holding it during dance exercises, as I used other muscles to compensate instead. Lagree has completely transformed my body in more ways then one by not only strengthening my core (to the point where I have visible abs now in less than 2 months), but by toning the rest of my body and allowing me to feel extremely strong and confident all the time! It’s an incredible work out and l’d recommend this to anyone who wants to strengthen their core and body, as well as any type of athlete. Every time I leave I feel amazing and accomplished!

Your workout is personalized to where you’re at in your training and Melanie works with you at your level of strength. I continue to notice results the more I go and truly LOVE doing it!

I’ve been taking private Lagree classes with Melanie for almost two years, and as someone experienced in exercise, weight training, and dance, I’ve never seen results like this. With just one Lagree session a week, I’ve noticed incredible improvements in my mobility, core strength, muscle tone, and mental resilience. Unlike traditional weight training, which often leaves me sore for days, Lagree makes me feel both strong and stretched, with more mobility and flexibility the next day. It’s the most effective workout I’ve ever done—I absolutely love it.

I signed up for a drop-in L’agree class on a whim “for a change in routine” and figured I would barely survive and likely never go back. After 1 session, I was completely hooked! All of my life, I have detested strength training, loathed weight lifting; all the while knowing that it was what I needed most. Lagree is a full body, all-in-one cardio/strength/conditioning exercise that requires zero previous experience with Pilates or reformer-type activity and takes less than one hour. Perhaps as much as the actual exercise, I have fallen in love with Mel who instantly became a cherished cheerleader for this busy and always-tired working mom. I so appreciate all of your support and pushing me to do things I never thought my body was capable of!
